One of THOSE days!!

Today...One of those days that started off bad and got worse. Unbelievable. However, the best part of my day was when I went to intercessory prayer. A Prayer Warrior to the BONE!! And loving it.

Thank God for the gift of tongues. It saves my tongue. You know what the Bible says in James...the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. Well today was a practice in holding my tongue. I can't say I was perfect but I am on the right track.

I trust in God wherever I may be...This is my father's favorite song and well it means a lot to me and I thank him for it. Because it let's me know that no matter what I am facing if I keep my trust in God, He will watch over me. My comings and my goings.

God I love You and I thank You. You are more than wonderful, You are everything.

NO WEAPON THAT HAS FORMED ITSELF AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER AND ANY TONGUE THAT RISES AGAINST ME IN JUDGEMENT I WILL CONDEMN. THIS IS MY HERITAGE, FOR I AM A SERVANT OF THE LORD AND MY RIGHTEOUSNESS IS OF HIM (GOD) SAITH THE LORD!!!

So many times we feel we have to be perfect, but God reminded me of something today...I only have to be perfect through and in Him. If I could be perfect on my own I would not need the gift that Christ gave me of His life. My perfection comes through living my life through Him (accepting the saving grace of Jesus). It doesn't mean that I sin and it's okay because I have accepted Christ, but it does mean that if I sin or because I am not perfect I can rely on Him to make up that imperfection. He truly is the GREAT EQUALIZER!! THANK YOU LORD!!
